Returns
If your Brennan is not right for you, send it back to us within 30 days and fill out the form below. Once we receive your unit, the purchase price and outbound postage will be refunded - normally within two weeks.
You will have to bear the cost of return postage and you must use a tracked delivery service. We recommend Royal Mail or Parcelforce - who will collect from you. Do not pay for extra insurance - our insurance will cover it.
If however your Brennan is faulty return it in the same way and email us at thebrennanb2@gmail.com - your return postage will be refunded. [Postage refunds are paid separately to product refunds and take a few more days - allow a week]
Important - put your name, address and phone number inside the box.
Send the item to the address on the form.
When you have a tracking number fill out the form. You will not get a refund unless the form is filled.
