31st October 2024 - BBC Radio stations do not work on B2/BB1/B3 at the moment. vTuner and BBC have reached an agreement and we hope these stations will be restored soon. If your Brennan does not play BBC radio stations it is not a fault with the unit. Thanks for your patience.

If your Brennan is not right for you, send it back to us within 30 days and fill out the form below. Once we receive your unit, the purchase price and outbound postage will be refunded - normally within two weeks.

You will have to bear the cost of return postage and you must use a tracked delivery service. We recommend Royal Mail or Parcelforce - who will collect from you.

If however your Brennan is faulty return it in the same way and email us at thebrennanb2@gmail.com - your return postage will be refunded.
